This feature allows you to store Movie in computer file format. The files will have AVI extention. This means that the movie can be played by Windows Media Player or any other software player supporting AVI files.

The output file is encoded by the codec selected by you. So, you need video codecs to be intalled on your computer to use this feature.

The quality of the resulting video and time of encoding depend directly on the chosen codecs. Currently the fastest codecs are DivX and Xvid codecs. They also provide quite a good quality of video.
